Scotts Valley Police bust robbers, seize knife, prescription pills & LSD

A victim suffered multiple cuts after two men robbed him at knifepoint in Scotts Valley.

The victim told Scotts Valley Police he was familiar with one of the robbers and was able to identify him. Officers began searching for Christopher Beaty-Iverson at his home. He was arrested and found in possession of 28 tabs of LSD, a knife and prescription pills. Beat-Iverson admitted to his role in the robbery.

Further investigation led officers to the second suspect, John Marshall. Marshall was also arrested at his home.

Both suspects were charged with robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy. Beaty-Iverson was also charged with possession of LSD and prescription pills without a prescription.
