Suspect arrested for drug possession and possession of burglary tools

Thursday Pacific Grove Police made an arrest for drug possession and possession of burglary tools.

They got a call saying there was a suspicious person near Lighthouse and 17th Street, but they also heard that drugs had been found in a nearby public restroom.

The person who found the drugs gave a description of who they saw leaving them, and it matched the suspicious person.

When they were found, the suspect was under the influence of drugs.

The suspect was arrested and booked at the Monterey County Jail.
