Sheriff’s Office bust armed and dangerous man

UPDATE: 12/14/2017 4:17 p.m. The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Desmond Hatten for weapons and drugs charges.

Monterey County Sheriffs said they stopped a car but the driver was able to get away Friday night in Castroville.

Sheriffs said they are looking for Desmond Hatten, 20, who had an AR riffle and Glock .45 along with drugs in the car.

Hatten faces weapons and narcotics charges, according to sheriffs.

Monterey County Sheriffs are asking for help in finding Hatten, who they said is considered armed and dangerous.
