Police draw guns on man barricaded in East Salinas trailer

Salinas Police had guns drawn outside a trailer park off Williams Road.

Several officers were on scene at Russell Trailer Park at 382 Williams Road. Officers used their vehicles as a barrier between them and the suspect’s home.

According to Police, a call came in Friday about a fight between a man and his mother. Officers told KION they believe the mother may have been injured. Everyone inside the trailer was out except for the suspect.

Police were able to arrest the suspect just before 5 p.m. without incident.
