Man arrested for inappropriately touching kids during school performance in Morgan Hill

Morgan Hill police have arrested a man they say inappropriately touched two female juvenile dancers at a Morgan Hill school performance.

Kevin Cole, 36, was arrested for multiple counts of annoying or molesting a child under 18 years old.

Authorities say they received word of the incident on Friday. The victims said they were touched as they did a quick costume change backstage at Sobrato High School. The production manager and several parents told him to stop helping with costume changes.

Authorities say Cole was an independent contractor hired by the production/dance company to work directly with the sound and lighting support, and not to work with the juveniles.

Authorities say Cole has worked with several other dance/ballet companies such as South Valley Ballet, Hip Hop Craze, Music in Motion, South Valley Dance and the Charter School of Morgan Hill.
