Car fire blocks part of Interstate 580 near Livermore

A vehicle fire blocked part of Interstate 580 near Livermore Monday afternoon, Caltrans District 4 said.
The eastbound lanes were affected, but as of 4:35 p.m., there were two left lanes open.
The fire had initially blocked all eastbound lanes.
