Oakland’s Ceasefire program credited with historic drop in crime

Authorities in Oakland say the city has seen the largest reductions in crime in its history since the revival of the Ceasefire program, which focuses intervention efforts on those at highest risk for violence. Kevin Ko reports on a new boost to the program.
