More fraudulent credit cards seized in Scotts Valley

The Scotts Valley Police Department said it had a case of Deja vu Tuesday night after finding various fraudulent credit cards during a traffic stop.

Police said night shift officers stopped a vehicle for a mechanical violation and found suspect, Yaminah Underwood in possession of several fraudulent credit cards and manufacturing equipment.

In August, the department arrested Jason and Diana Ress, a husband and wife in possession of more than a hundred fraudulent credit cards.

The department said Underwood was on probation and that this wasn’t the first time she was in possession of fake credit cards.

Underwood was arrested and booked at the Santa Cruz County Jail on various charges.
