Man trashes Santa Ana 7-Eleven after being denied booze

California Police are looking for the man in the surveillance video who trashed a convenience store in Santa Ana.

Police said the man entered a seven-eleven several times around 2:30 in the morning on August 25. They said he demanded to use the clerk’s phone and wanted to buy beer.

California law prohibits after-hours alcohol sales. The clerk threatened to call the police if the man didn’t leave. That’s when police said he assaulted the clerk and trashed the store, causing about two thousand dollars’ worth of damage.

The store manager said the clerk did not want to return to work.
