Happening Now: Several Wounded In San Francisco Potrero Hill Shooting

According to our CBS San Francisco affiliate,KPIX, Several people were wounded Wednesday morning at a shooting near a UPS facility on San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood, authorities said.

Police and emergency crews were on the scene near 17th and Vermont.

KCBS has been told several victims have been taken to San Francisco General for treatment of injuries suffered in the shooting.

Police issued an advisory at 9:06 a.m. telling people to avoid the area and local residents have been told to shelter in place.
