Plane makes hard landing in Marina

A pilot had to make a hard landing at the Marina Municipal Airport Wednesday due to a mechanical problem with the plane’s tires.

Marina Police told KION that the plane came to a stop after sliding down the runway on its belly.

No one was hurt. Airport officials were speaking with the pilot to figure out what happened.
