Money: Investigators seek Pinnacle clients

Local and federal investigators want to talk to former clients of Pinnacle Workforce Solutions. The Monterey payroll company suddenly went out of business last October after failing to transfer $1.3 million of client money to pay employee and payroll tax accounts.

The Monterey Police Department, along with the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office and F.B.I hope former clients will come forward to speak with investigators.

Anyone who may have been affected by the failure of Pinnacle Workforce Solutions is asked to contact FBI Special Agent Wynar at roahn.wynar@ic.fbi.gov.
