The Santa Cruz Police Department is looking for two people who stole a bike on September 22.

The theft happened on the 1400 block of Mission Street. Police released surveillance video Wednesday evening showing two men struggling to get a Town and Country 3-speed style bike over a fence before taking off with it.

The first suspect is described as a white male adult about 5-foot 11-inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds, wearing a dark hat with a neon lid and the word “Calif” on the front and back. The Second suspect is described as a man who is 25 to 35 years old. He is about 5-foot 9-inches tall, with blonde hair seen wearing a green ball cap with a feather in it and gray t-shirt.

Police would like to find the bike and give it back to its owner. Police said it’s the victim’s transportation method to and from work.
