Seaside Police arrest armed robbery suspect

The Seaside Police can thank the public for helping them find and arrest a woman wanted for five armed robberies. Several members of the community identified Rebeca Ogarrio from surveillance video pictures released by police on social media. Police arrested her without incident Thursday night.

Police are also seeking a second suspect, Ogarrio’s boyfriend. Investigators say he wielded a knife during the robberies that took place during the past month.

Detectives say he goes by several aliases, and they are working to determine his true identity.
