Police: Seaside man accused of killing wife in brutal attack

A Seaside man is behind bars, after police say he killed his wife.

Seaside Police officers arrestedHai Long Tran, 45, Saturday night in front of his home on the 1600 block of Kenneth Street in Seaside.

That’s the same place where police said they found his wife’s body Thursday afternoon after what appeared to be a brutal attack. The victim was identified as Ngoc Hong Nguyen.

Investigators said they believe Nguyen was in the process of ending the couple’s 18-year-long relationship.
