Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s: You Are Not Alone

It’s called YANA, standing for “You Are Not Alone.”

The program, offered through the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office, provides supportive phone calls twice a week to home bound seniors and people with disabilities who may not have any loved ones nearby.
