Salinas PG&E crews out in full force ahead of weekend storms

With storms expected across the Central Coast this weekend, PG&E is reminding customers that power outages could occur due to rain and high winds.

On Friday, crews are expected to be working to clear limbs and plants around power lines in Salinas.

This reduces the risk of a tree coming into contact with a power line and causing an outage during storms.

If you see damaged power lines or electrical equipment, call 911 immediately and then notify PG&E at 1-800-743-5002.
