Thursday is World Wildlife Day
March 3 is World Wildlife Day.
The United Nations General Assembly declared March 3 World Wildlife Day in 2013 to raise awareness about wild animals, including endangered species. Click here for more information.
The Monterey Bay is home to thousands of creatures and endangered species. To honor them, KION is sharing a gallery from Princess Monterey Whale Watching.
The theme of this year’s World Wildlife Day is, “The future of wildlife is in our hands.” A good reminder to keep the ocean as it should be.
