What are you doing for Super Bowl 50?
It’s that time of year again.
“Big New York Giants fan, just disappointed they’re not in it, but ill watch the game,” said Donald Baney.
About 100-million people will also watch the game. So how will people on the Central Coast tune in?
“Me and my buddy are going to have a Super Bowl party at my mom’s house. She has a big back yard and we’re going to do a barbeque and have a get together,” said Brad Clinton.
“I’m actually attending college down at Cal Poly, so I’ll be hanging out with a bunch of my friends,” said Kyleen Freeburg.
And while many plan on staying at home, others say they’ll take part in the Super Bowl festivities around town.
“I’m going to be around the street, you know it’s going to be crazy. Everybody is going to be around to the bars. It’s going to be exciting,” said Godo.
“I’ll be going to this local sports bar and rooting for the broncos,” said James Long.
“Going to watch it and going to eat my way through the super bowl,” said Suzanne Gooder.
Food seems to be a pivotal part of Super Bowl.
“My mom makes these really good mushrooms like these really good stuffed mushrooms,” said Freeburg.
“Tri-tip, chicken,” said Clinton.
“We always have a bowl of chili, throw some summer sausage on there with some onions and grated cheese on top, it’s always good,” said Baney.
“During commercials I get up and get a drink and sandwich,” said Garcia.
Niner fan, Jack Garcia, said since his team is not playing, he’s changing sides, at least for one night.
“Go Broncos,” said Garcia.
