UPDATE: Suspect in custody after crash with CHP in Marina

UPDATE 2/2/2016 5:20PM: Marina Police said a suspect who was on the run in the 100 block of Aaron Way is in custody.

Police activity has ended in the area.

PREVIOUS STORY: Marina Police are searching for a suspect in the Armstrong Ranch area.

According to Marina Police, CHP was involved in a minor traffic accident with the suspect’s vehicle and the driver took off running. The accident happened near Aaron Way and Cardoza Avenue.

Marina Police are assisting in the search.
