4.0 Earthquake Hits Bay Area

A 4.0 magnitude earthquake hit the San Francisco area Monday morning.

The quake hit just before 7 a.m. There were no reports of injuries or damage. However, people reported felling the earthquake in in downtown San Francisco, along the Peninsula and in the East Bay.

At last check, Bay Area Rapid Transit was holding BART trains to check the tracks. Commuters are being told to expect delays.
