Salinas police arrest Highway 101 pursuit suspects

Salinas police said two suspects are in custody after leading police on a pursuit ending on Highway 101 on Tuesday. Police said Brandon Earle, 20, and Daniel White, 19, ran from the car after crashing into a ditch.

Police said they drove southbound into northbound traffic. Both were booked into Monterey County Jail on several gun charges.

Officers said on Wedesnday, the suspects were walking with two girls on Rianda Street and Prader Street. Both men are from Sacramento and claimed to be vacationing with the girls. Police said one girl is 16-years-old and was placed with CPS.
