Hollister police arrest three for various charges during traffic stop

Hollister police made three arrests during a routine traffic stop on Monterey Street on Saturday night. Officers said Nathaniel Garza, 21, Bryan Garza, 22, and Everet Copado, 20, were driving fast in a dark colored Honda Civic and tried to get away from police.

Police were able to catch up with the car in Wentz Alley near West Street. Officers said Nathaniel Garza was arrested for DUI and false registration tabs. Bryan Garza was arrested for outstanding warrants and an illegal knife. Copado was arrested for being a minor in possession of alchohol.

All three were booked in the San Benito County Jail.
