Gang-member arrested in Scotts Valley on weapons charges
Scotts Valley police said a known gang member was arrested on Sunday during a traffic stop on Bethany Drive for expired registration.
Officers searched the car, discovering a concealed loaded gun, a large blade knife and disposable latex gloves.
Evan Aubrey-Boyd Dixon, 21, was arrested and booked in the Santa Cruz County Jail on weapons charges and probation violation.
