Victim, 18, stabbed at Salinas party

An 18-year-old victim with a stab wound to the chest was taken to Natividad Medical Center on Saturday night.

The investigation led Salinas police to a party on the 700 block of Elkington Avenue.

Officers said when they got there, it looked like someone tried getting rid of evidence.

At least 100 people were at the party. Officers said no one was cooperative.
