Manhunt Monday: Oct. 27, 2014

Steven Blains: Hispanic man, 30 years old, 5’7″, 170 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Blains has several tattoos on his face. Blains is accused of stealing several items from a Walmart store. Police say he was initially detained by security but became uncooperative and was released. Blains has an outstanding no-bail warrant for failure to appear on a drug possession arrest. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department.
