Manhunt Monday: Seaside police looking for Raul Drew Delaflor

Seaside police need the public’s help finding Raul Drew Delaflor.

Police said the 19-year-old has an outstanding felony no-bail warrant for possession of a firearm.

He’s described as a white male, 5 feet seven inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
