Six arrested in Marina as part of federal prostitution crackdown

Six people were arrested in Marina during a federal operation aimed at cracking down on commercial child sex tracking.

Marina Police Department, with the assistance of FBI agents, arrested Shelly Smith, 45; Bianca Galutira, 35; Lisa Tottino, 24; and Shaleshni Sen, 20, on suspicion of prostitution.

David Williamson, 45, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and Ruben Cuin, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of paraphernalia.

The arrests came as part of Operation Cross Country, a three-day national law enforcement action that is coordinated through the Innocence Lost National Initiative – a partnership between the FBI, U.S. Department of Justice and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The San Francisco Division of the FBI and multiple local and state law enforcement agencies participated in the operation from June 19 to June 21, running a total of 14 local operations.

Nationwide, 168 children were rescued while 281 pimps were arrested on various state and local charges.
