Manhunt for San Francisco man accused of having explosive materials

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public’s help to find Ryan Kelly Chamberlain, II. The 42 year old is wanted for allegedly possessing explosive materials in his residence.

He was last seen Saturday south of San Francisco, after his apartment in Russian Hill was raided.

Police and the FBI say Chamberlain should be considered armed and dangerous. They believe he is on the move, and have no indication of where he might be headed.

Chamberlain is described as a white man, 6 feeet, 3 inches tall, weighing around 225 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

According to the FBI’s San Francisco office, Chamerlain was last seen wearing dark blue, hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

He drives a white 2008 Nissan Altima with either Texas or California license plates. The Texas plate number is: BX9M042. The California plate number is: 7FQY085.
