UPDATE: Latest Silver Alert Man Found Safe in Santa Cruz County

UPDATE: Santa Cruz Sheriff told Central Coast News that Paul Henry was found safe Thursday morning.

A Silver Alert has been issued out of Santa Cruz County for a man his family says has a medical condition that could cause him to become disoriented.

85-year-old Paul Henry Welch was last seen around 2 Tuesday afternoon walking near the Metro Center in downtown Santa Cruz.

Mr. Welch is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 170 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan hat, black leather jacket, white shirt and black pants.
