Another Panga Boat Spotted on Central Coast

Another panga-style boat has been spotted on the Central Coast, according to Monterey County sheriff deputies.

Deputies say the beached boat was discovered by lifeguards with the California Department of State Parks Saturday morning on Garrapata State Beach in Carmel.

The boat is described as 36-feet long and equipped with two 200 horse power engines.

Deputies also say that a bail of marijuana weighing 35 pound was found nearby as well, believed to be associated with the boat.
