Salinas Police Arrest Man For Armed Robberies

Police say they arrested a known gang member Monday in the robbery of two gas stations last Thursday that left two employees injured.

They say David Hernandez, 20, hit up the 7-11 on West Curtis Street first, then robbed the Quik Stop on Williams Road the night of February 20.

Hernandez is in the Monterey County Jail with a $500,000 bail.
