UPDATE: Missing Capitola Man Found
A missing elderly Capitola man has been found, according to police.
Police say Ira Russak was found near Corcoran Lagoon near the water’s edge, where he apparently slept overnight.
He was coherent when emergency crews found him and he has since been transported to a local hospital for closer observation.
This all comes after Russak went missing last Sunday morning when staff from the Capitola Manor say escaped.
