Sierra Lamar Suspect Pleads Not Guilty To Murder and Kidnapping Charges

It has been almost two years since Antolin Garcia-Torres was arrested in the disappearance and murder of Morgan Hill teen Sierra Lamar. In all that time, he has been in jail but has never entered a plea.

Recently Garcia-Torres was indicted by the grand jury on charges that he murdered the teen. Thursday afternoon he finally entered a not guilty plea.

Garcia-Torres waived his right to a speedy trial, so a case that has already taken two years, could go on even longer.
