Gilroy Police Looking for Robbery Suspect

The Gilroy Police Department is asking for the public’s help in tracking down a man suspected of robbing a Union Bank.

Police say the suspect walked into Union Bank on Santa Teresa Boulevard Tuesday morning and gave a note to the teller demanding money.

Once he got the cash, he took off without ever showing a weapon.

Police immediately responded to the scene, but were not able to track him down.
Anyone with information on this robbery is urged to leave a tip anonymously at t 1-800-782-7463 (1-800-78-CRIME).
