Greenfield police make arrests after finding loaded gun

Officers say they found a man with a stolen loaded gun when they made a traffic stop in the 200 block of Chardonnay Drive in Greenfield on Saturday, police said.

Police arrested Leonel Fonseca Gonzales, 23, from Marina, on suspicion of violating parole and gang enhancement. Christopher Ayala, 21, from Greenfield, was arrested on suspicion of having the loaded gun, gang enhancement and possession of cocaine with intent to sale.

Both men have been booked into the county jail.
