Officer stabbed at Michigan airport
An officer is in critical condition and one person is in custody Wednesday (6/21) after a stabbing at Bishop International Airport in Flint, Michigan.
It happened at about 9:45 a.m. on the second floor of the main terminal.
Michigan State Police said the officer was stabbed in the neck. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
One suspect is in custody.
Airport officials report all passengers are safe and were evacuated.
Authorities in Flint, Michigan used dogs to help search vehicles after what is being described as a possible terrorist attack at the airport. The FBI is leading the investigation.
