Measure X funds to help winter ravaged roads in Monterey County

City officials in Monterey County said now that winter storms are almost over they can begin to focus on repairing the roads that have been damaged by potholes.

In April, Measure X went into effect and in just a few months, cities in Monterey County will begin seeing the benefits as their roads are in great need of repair.
