Watsonville man accused of stealing new Mustang from dealership

A man accused of stealing a brand new ford Mustang from a Watsonville car dealership was arrested Monday morning.

Watsonville police said Trent Maielua, 26 of Watsonville, stole the car on Sunday from Mid Bay Ford on Auto Center Drive. Employees said they noticed the car was missing after an inventory check.

Officers said Maielua was pulled over near Walker St. and Ford St. where he was arrested.
