Watsonville police investigate overnight shooting into a vehicle

The Watsonville Police Department is seeking information about an overnight shooting in the 200 block of Bockious Street.

At about 4:47 a.m. on Friday morning, officers responded to a call from a resident who found bullet holes on his vehicle, which was parked on the street.

Several residents reported hearing shots fired in the early morning at about 1:30 a.m. Luckily, nobody was hurt.

Officers searched the area for evidence and were able to retrieve several bullets from the vehicle, but there is very limited suspect information.
