Burglary suspect arrested outside mini mart

The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office credits quick response by deputies for the arrest of a man caught with items stolen from a mini market.

Deputies say they responded early Tuesday morning to a burglar alarm at Graham Hill Mini Market and found Albino Castillo, 35, standing outside the market’s broken glass door, holding items taken from inside the business.

Castillo was arrested and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on charges of commercial burglary. The recovered property was returned to the market.
