SC Police: Man arrested for attempted sexual assault at Walgreens

Santa Cruz Police said they arrested a man named Billy Patton for trying to sexually assault a Walgreens employee.

Police said the victim managed to fight him off until another employee came to help. Patton took off, but was eventually arrested.

According to police, Patton was released from jail less than 24 hours before the attack, and has been arrested before on several charges, including rape and stalking.
