Salinas woman arrested after DUI crash in Marina

Marina police have arrested a Salinas woman they say drove drunk and crashed into a propane building, Saturday morning.

Officers said they spotted 21-year-old Crystal Annette Araiza enter Marina and traveling at approximately 100 mph, around 12 a.m.

When Araiza changed lanes near the 300 block of Reservation Road police said she lost control, crashed into a chain-link fence and then hit a propane building.

Police said Araiza did not pass a sobriety test and was booked into the Monterey County Jail.
