Gilroy police looking for Starbucks groper

Gilroy police are looking for a suspect who allegedly inappropriately touched a victim at a local Starbucks. Officers said the incident happened Saturday, Feb. 7 at the Starbucks at 865 First St.

Officers said the man pictured inappropriately touched the woman at the sales counter after loitering outside the business and targeting women. They said he ran out of the store when he was confronted about the incident.

Officers said the suspect appears to be Hispanic, about 30 years old, 5’5″ tall, about 110 pounds, with dark hair. They believe he is transient.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
