Police: Man arrested in Marina for stolen car, meth

51-year-old Joseph King is spending Valentine’s Day in jail, police said.

On Saturday, Marina police said an officer discovered King driving a car that was stolen out of Salinas.

Marina police and CSUMB officers made, what they call, a “high risk” stop on the car in the area of Imjin Parkway and Imjin Road in Marina.

King was arrested and booked in the Monterey County Jail in connection with the stolen car and possession of methamphetamine, police said.
