Man shot in the foot on Green Street in Salinas

One person was shot in the foot, according to the Salinas Police Department.

Police said the victim was walking on Green Street near Del Monte Avenue when a person came up to him and shot him.

The victim took himself to a hospital and that’s where police said they met the victim.

There is no suspect information at this time.
