Man reported missing from Santa Cruz treatment center

A resident of a treatment center in Santa Cruz has been reported missing for the second time in four months, according to county sheriff’s deputies.

Frank Stuefloten was last seen by staff at the El Dorado Residential Treatment Center at noon on Oct. 23.

He has medical issues which place him at risk if not treated. Deputies say he has an address on the 300 block of Ocean Street.

He’s described as 55 years old, 5’8″ tall and 132 pounds with green eyes, gray hair and a beard.

The Sheriff’s Office encourages residents to be on the lookout for Stuefloten and asks anyone with additional information about his whereabouts to call Sheriff’s Dispatch at 471-1121.

Stuefloten was reported missing from the center in early July but was later found safe.
