Manhunt Monday: Oct. 20, 2014

Joseff Silva: Hispanic male adult, 45 years old, 5’8″, 145 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Silva has tattoos of “Anthony” on left hand, “Murielle” on back and a world with a dragon on back. He failed to register as a sex offender and has a no bail warrant for absconding from Post Release Community Supervision. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department.
