Santa Cruz man holds Guinness World Record for “longest tongue”
A Central Coast resident is being lauded in the latest edition of the Guinness Book of World Records for having the longest tongue.
Nick Stoeberl, a comedian and artist living in Santa Cruz, is featured in the new 2015 Guinness Book of World Records for having the longest tongue at just under four inches.
The 24-year-old Monterey High School graduate’s tongue has been verified as measuring 10.1 centimeters (3.97 inches) long from its tip to the middle of the closed top lip.
