Manhunt Monday: Sept. 8, 2014

Harley Jones: White male, 29 years old, 5’9″, 150 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. Jones has tattoos of a tiger on chest and a cross on left arm. Jones is wanted for an outstanding parole warrant. He is known to frequent the Chinatown area. Anyone with information about Jones’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department.

Diego Ibarra: Hispanic male, 25 years old, 5’8″, 160 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes. Ibarra and an unidentified male went to the victim’s residence and confronted him. The unidentified male was armed with a handgun and Ibarra threatened to kill the victim when he sees the victim around town. Ibarra and the unidentified male fled prior to police arriving. They were in an orange 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse with California plates 6FVY919. The vehicle was located without occupants. Anyone with information about Ibarra’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department.

Eric Kenneth Irving: Black male, 5’10”, 170 pounds, 39 years old, black hair and brown eyes. Irving, who is known to frequent the Sunbay Apartments in Seaside, is wanted an outstanding felony warrant for violation of post Release Community Supervision.
